Pathfinder is the idea that coffee can be as sweet as it can be tough, that it can be syrupy berries, light chocolate, and fruity. And that can be delicious. Pathfinder is about capturing the incredible qualities hidden in the best coffee cherries and roasting them to be the high notes in a cappuccino or the syrupy like sweetness in an espresso.

Origin's story of Pathfinder:
Pathfinder is roasted to highlight the incredible terrior of the coffees it contains, bringing them together to create a blend that is captivating and unique.
The Tsebel washing station is located in Yirgacheffe, a region in Ethiopia famed for producing some of the most delicious coffee in the world. This is our first directly traded coffee from Ethiopia. Coffee regulations are changing, which means we are now able to source coffee with an even higher level of transparency, such as Tsebel.
We have also included crops from El Salvador and Kenya to create this inherently sweet and complex blend. San Antonio, a coffee produced by our direct trader partner, Carlos Pola, provides balance to the cup whilst Gitchathaini adds vibrancy and brightness.
