This coffee from the Anasora farm has distinctive floral notes typical of Ethiopian coffees, with berry sweetness balanced by cinnamon spice and mild green apple acidity.

Anasora began as a large 150 hectare farm in the Guji highlands of Ethiopia. The washing station on the farm and adjacent receiving stations in remoter parts of region are also accessible to some 1000 other local producers. Anasora promotes education and diversification to these producers on top of improving access to fresh water supply and electricity for more remote producers.
